Special K Bars

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup corn syrup
• 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
• 6 cups special k cereal
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1 cup butterscotch chips

Recipe

• 1 bring sugar and corn syrup to boil over medium heat.
• 2 add peanut butter and stir until blended.
• 3 pour mixture over special k cereal in large bowl and mix together.
• 4 press into 9 x 13 pan.
• 5 melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together in double boiler.
• 6 spread over top of cereal .
• 7 refrigerate until chocolate is hardened.
