Venison Parmesan

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless venison loin steaks
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and black pepper
  • olive oil
  • spaghetti sauce
  • mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mix together 3 tbsp.
  • 2 parmesan cheese with 1 cup bread crumbs.
  • 3 in bowl, beat 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 dip venison in eggs, then bread crumbs.
  • 5 heat 6 tbsp.
  • 6 olive oil in skillet till hot.
  • 7 fry venison 5 mins.
  • 8 each side till brown.
  • 9 then place venison on a cookie sheet, spoon spaghetti sauce over venison and bake in 325 degree oven till tender, i usually bake 15 or 20 mins.
  • 10 then add mozzeralla cheese and bake till cheese melts.
