Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup margarine
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 4 cups flour
• 2 tablespoons flour

Recipe

• 1 cream together sugar, powedered sugar, eggs and margarine.
• 2 add oil and vanilla and mix.
• 3 add salt, baking soda and all flour and mix.
• 4 drop onto foil-lined baking sheet by spoonfuls.
• 5 flatten in glass dipped in sugar.
• 6 sprinkle extra sugar over top.
• 7 bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
