Vegetarian Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) carton fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup romano cheese
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 4 cups corn flakes
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe
- 1 drain the cottage cheese in a cloth or coffee filter lined strainer.
- 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
- 3 grease a cookie sheet.
- 4 in a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- 5 form into 35 balls, 1 heaping tbsp each.
- 6 bake for 30 minutes.
