Shankarpale Or Sweet Diamonds - Indian Cookies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • oil, to deep fry

Recipe

  • 1 put the oil in a thick bottom pan.
  • 2 add water and sugar.
  • 3 stir and bring to a boil.
