Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafer
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/4 cup extra finely granulated sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mix crushed wafers, confectioner's sugar, 1 cup of the pecans and the cocoa.
  • 2 add the corn syrup and rum.
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 roll into 1" balls.
  • 5 roll half in the granulated sugar and the other half in the remaining pecans.
