Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafer
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 1/4 cup extra finely granulated sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix crushed wafers, confectioner's sugar, 1 cup of the pecans and the cocoa.
- 2 add the corn syrup and rum.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 roll into 1" balls.
- 5 roll half in the granulated sugar and the other half in the remaining pecans.
