World's Best Ribs

Ingredients

- 3 lamb rib racks
- 1 (24 ounce) bottle of kc masterpiece original barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons emeril's original essence
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix brown sugar, emeril's essence, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic and cayenne pepper thoroughly, and sprinkle on both sides of ribs to taste.
- 2 for grilling, carefully wrap in aluminum foil and cook bone side down approximately 1 1/2 hours on low temperature.
- 3 no need to turn.
- 4 after ribs become tender, remove from foil and continue cooking on both sides to desired crispness.
- 5 apply barbecue sauce liberally to both sides and allow approximately 10 minutes for barbecue sauce to caramelize.

- 8 *for oven baking, wrap in aluminum foil and place on a cookie sheet in a 275°f oven for 4 hours.

- 10 remove and discard foil and brush with barbecue sauce and allow 10 minutes to caramelize.

- 12 remove from oven and enjoy!
