World's Best Ribs

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 lamb rib racks
  • 1 (24 ounce) bottle of kc masterpiece original barbecue sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons emeril's original essence
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix brown sugar, emeril's essence, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic and cayenne pepper thoroughly, and sprinkle on both sides of ribs to taste.
  • 2 for grilling, carefully wrap in aluminum foil and cook bone side down approximately 1 1/2 hours on low temperature.
