Weight Watchers Chocolate Meringue Cookies

Ingredients
- 4 large egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon distilled vinegar or 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
Recipe
- 1 beat egg whites till frothy.
- 2 add vinegar and beat till soft peaks form.
- 3 increase the mixer to high and gradually add in the sugar until glossy peaks form.
- 4 beat in vanilla.
- 5 add cocoa and mix by hand.
- 6 line two cookie sheets with foil and (lightly) spray with pam.
- 7 drop mixture by tablespoon fulls about 1 in apart on pans.
- 8 should make 44 cookies.
- 9 bake at 200 degrees f for 3 hours.
- 10 let cool completely on cookie sheet for about 1 hours.
- 11 remove and store leftovers in an air proof container.
