Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 (8 ounce) box brownie mix (and the ingredients it asks for)
- egg, as called for on package
- oil, as called for on package
- water, as called for on package
- 2 (8 ounce) packages philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 cups flour (as needed for dusting a pan)
- pam cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 mix up your brownie mix with an electric mixture (will be very thick).
- 2 add in the cream cheese (note: let the cream cheese sit out 2-4 days before you put it in so it’s soft).
- 3 spray your pan with pam then dust with flour.
- 4 bake as instructed on box but keep your eye on them then finished brownies will rise to be the max of 1 ½ in’ – 2 inches.
