The World's Greatest Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325°f.
• 2 cream butter and peanut butter.
• 3 gradually add sugars and cream until blended.
• 4 add egg (if doubling, add one at a time) and beat until smooth.
• 5 sift together flour and soda and add to creamed mixture.
• 6 stir in chocolate chips.
• 7 drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet.
• 8 slightly flatten cookie dough with back of spoon.
• 9 bake for 15 minutes.
