Sweet Coconut Macaroon Corn Flake Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites, beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons light corn syrup
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
• 2 cups corn flakes
• 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325.
• 2 beat the egg whites& salt,until foamy throughout mixture.
• 3 beat in gradually,2 tb at a time,add sugar.
• 4 beat well after each addition,making sugar blend with whites.
• 5 beat in the corn syrup& extract.
• 6 add in the flakes and coconut.
• 7 drop mixture from tip of your spoon upon ungreased,heavy paper.
• 8 bake for 20 minutes.
