Sunflower Seed Crackers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, unsalted
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg, beated
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, sugar, baking powder and the salt.
- 2 in a measuring cup, combine the melted butter, milk and the egg.
- 3 combine the dry ingredients into the wet forming a soft dough.
- 4 transfer the dough to a floured surface and lightly flour the top of the dough.
- 5 with a rolling pin, roll out to 1/8" thickness. with cookie cutter, cut rounds.
- 6 bake in a 400 oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
