Sugar Free Spiced Almonds

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup stevia truvia
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons stevia truvia
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 250 f.
  • 2 line cookie sheet with non stick foil.
  • 3 in stand mixer, with wire attachment, whip egg and water til very frothy.
  • 4 mix in truvia, salt and cinnamon.
  • 5 on low speed, mix in almonds.
  • 6 spread nuts on prepared cookie sheet.
  • 7 bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes - stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 8 cool - enjoy.
