Sugar Free Spiced Almonds

Ingredients
- 1 lb raw almonds
- 1/3 cup stevia truvia
- 1 1/2 tablespoons stevia truvia
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 250 f.
- 2 line cookie sheet with non stick foil.
- 3 in stand mixer, with wire attachment, whip egg and water til very frothy.
- 4 mix in truvia, salt and cinnamon.
- 5 on low speed, mix in almonds.
- 6 spread nuts on prepared cookie sheet.
- 7 bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes - stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
- 8 cool - enjoy.
