Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup whipping cream (may need an additional 1/4 cup)
- green food coloring (optional)
- red food coloring (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in mixing bowl, combine butter, confectioners' sugar, extract and enough cream to achieve spreading consistency.
- 2 add food coloring, if desired.
- 3 frost cookies.
