Sugar Cookie Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 4 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1/4 cup whipping cream (may need an additional 1/4 cup)
• green food coloring (optional)
• red food coloring (optional)

Recipe

• 1 in mixing bowl, combine butter, confectioners' sugar, extract and enough cream to achieve spreading consistency.
• 2 add food coloring, if desired.
• 3 frost cookies.
