Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookies, crumbs
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 lb chocolate, melted

Recipe

• 1 crust: combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan.
• 2 bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
• 3 cake: combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
• 4 add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
• 5 blend in chocolate; mix well.
• 6 pour over crust.
• 7 bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
