Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups butter, soft
• 3 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 5 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 mix flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside.
• 2 cream together butter and sugar till smooth.
• 3 beat in eggs and vanilla.
• 4 add the dry mixture, and combine.
• 5 cover and chill for half and hour to an hour.
• 6 roll dough on baking parchment and cut cookies.
• 7 cook in pre-heated oven of 400*f for 6 to 8 min
• 8 let the cookies cool beforing icing them.
