Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 4 1/4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Recipe

• 1 cream sugars, oil, butter, vanilla, and beaten eggs. add dry ingredients. form into small balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
• 2 bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. cool on pan a little before removing.
