Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 cream together butter, sugar, and egg.
• 2 add vanilla.
• 3 mix flour with salt and add to mixture 1/4 cup at a time.
• 4 roll into one inch balls and press down slightly.
• 5 sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
