  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 head fresh garlic, peeled and chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 4 in a large skillet, melt butter, stir in the garlic and sesame seeds; cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • 5 stir in the torn bread chunks, and cook until golden brown, and the butter has been absorbed; remove from heat.
  • 6 in a very large bowl, combine the sour cream, jack cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley and the lemon pepper (if using).
  • 7 stir in the steamed broccoli, and the buttered toasted bread chunks (add in the garlic bits in the frypan too!).
  • 8 toss all together well, and spoon into bread shells.
  • 9 cover loosely with foil, bake for 20 minutes.
  • 10 remove the foil, and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
  • 11 serve warm-- delicious!
