Yummy Chocolatey, Peanut Butter Bar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• icing
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons milk

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 cream butter, sugar and brown sugar. add peanut butter and egg, mix well. mix together soda, salt, flour an oatmeal, add to other ingredients, mix well. press into a 9"x13" pan. sprinkle chocolate chips over top. bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. remove from oven and drizzle with icing.
• 3 cool completely, cut into squares and serve.
