Chocolate Cane Treats

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • chocolate or chocolate wafer
  • 3 -5 candy canes, break into bits

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate very carefully in a double boiler (watch out- chocolate turns brown if too hot!) stir in broken pieces of candy cane.
  • 2 pour mixture onto a foil or waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
  • 3 spread evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  • 4 cool in freezer for 30 minutes.
  • 5 break into pieces and serve.
