Chocolate Blondie Brownies

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 (1 ounce) chocolate baking squares, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c). grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • 2 melt the butter and chocolate together over low heat in a saucepan. remove from heat, and let cool slightly.
  • 3 meanwhile beat eggs with sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl; mix in the butter mixture, and stir in the flour and salt until thoroughly combined.
  • 4 scoop the batter into the prepared baking pan; sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • 5 bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. allow to cool in pan for about 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
