Vicki's Angel Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 4 1/2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
• 1 pinch coconut

Recipe

• 1 cream the butter, vegetable oil and sugars together.
• 2 add eggs and vanilla.
• 3 sift the dry ingredients together.
• 4 add to the creamed ingredients.
• 5 fold in the chocolate chips.
• 6 make into small balls and roll into sugar.
• 7 bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes on ungreased baking sheet.
