Very Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Total Time: 44 mins Preparation Time: 35 mins Cook Time: 9 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup drained plain vanilla
  • 15 ounces butter beans
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon skim milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 drain the plain yogurt in cheesecloth for 3-4 hours or until it is the same consistency as crisco.
  • 3 drain the butter beans and put in a food processor until creamy.
  • 4 in a bowl combine yogurt, butter beans,sugar, brown sugar, eggs, syrup, milk, and vanilla. mix until creamy.
  • 5 mix together all dry ingredients flour, baking soda, salt.
  • 6 slowly add dry mix into the creamy mixture. once it is all creamed together add in chocolate chips.
  • 7 drop a spoonful of the mix onto a cookie sheet. bake in oven for 9-10 minutes. keep a close watch. all ovens are different.
  • 8 let cool completely before eating and enjoy :).
