Swiss Rolls

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons smuckers strawberry jam
- 3 eggs
- 3 ounces flour
- 3 ounces superfine sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat your oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 whisk the eggs, while slowly pouring the sugar into the bowl.
- 3 next slowly mix in the flour.
- 4 then add your vanilla and cinnamon.
- 5 grease a 9 by 13 inch pan then cover with wax paper.
- 6 pour your mixture on top and bake for 8-10 minutes or until spongy and golden.
- 7 next cover a cookie sheet with superfine sugar.
- 8 flip your cake onto this cookie sheet so the top is face down on the sugar.
- 9 remove the wax paper and then cover the rolls with your jam.
- 10 cut into 6-8 strips and roll each one up individually.
