Swiss Rolls

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons smuckers strawberry jam
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 ounces flour
  • 3 ounces superfine sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 preheat your oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 whisk the eggs, while slowly pouring the sugar into the bowl.
  • 3 next slowly mix in the flour.
  • 4 then add your vanilla and cinnamon.
  • 5 grease a 9 by 13 inch pan then cover with wax paper.
  • 6 pour your mixture on top and bake for 8-10 minutes or until spongy and golden.
  • 7 next cover a cookie sheet with superfine sugar.
  • 8 flip your cake onto this cookie sheet so the top is face down on the sugar.
  • 9 remove the wax paper and then cover the rolls with your jam.
  • 10 cut into 6-8 strips and roll each one up individually.
