Steak Sandwiches

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb flank steak (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 poblano pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 whole wheat submarine rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese, reduced fat

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 in a bowl combine steak, cilantro, and garlic.
  • 3 heat skillet over medium high heat; coat with pam.
  • 4 add steak mixture and cook, turning until edges are browned and center is still pink (3 to 5 minutes). transfer to a bowl or plate.
