- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration
Recipe
- soften butter and beat well. add sugar and mix well. add cocoa, vanilla and water. then add oatmeal.
- shape into 36 balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. keep in refrigerator.
