fruity cookie press cookies

Ingredients

• Servings: 5
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 1/2 cups margarine
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 (3 ounce) package fruit flavored jell-o® mix
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 (1 ounce) package fruit flavored jell-o® mix

Recipe

• preheat oven to 400 degrees f (205 degrees c).
• sift flour with baking powder. cream margarine; gradually add sugar and gelatin and cream well. add egg and vanilla; beat well. gradually add flour mixture; mix until smooth.
• force dough through cookie press ungreased cookie sheet. sprinkle with gelatin. bake for about 12-13 minutes or until golden brown at the edges.
