toffee brickle cookies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 42
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (6 ounce) package toffee baking bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon water

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 30 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • beat eggs and margarine together in a bowl until smooth. add cake mix, toffee bits, pecans, and water; stir until batter is blended. drop tablespoonfuls of batter a large baking sheet.
  • bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes. allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
