- 1 (18.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup raisins
Recipe
- preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c). grease baking sheets.
- combine cake mix, oats, eggs, and oil in large bowl. beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended. stir in raisins.
- drop by teaspoonfuls baking sheets. bake for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned. cool 1 minute on baking sheet.
