Wonderful Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup margarine, softened
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 cream together margarine, oil, and sugars.
• 2 add eggs one at a time, beating after each one.
• 3 add dry ingredients and vanilla.
• 4 mix with beater.
• 5 chill at least 1 hour.
• 6 drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a glass dipped in sugar.
• 7 bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
