Wonderful Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 large egg
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and sugars together; add egg, vanilla and almond extract.
• 2 combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and add dry mixture, mix all together.
• 3 bake at 350° for about 6-9 minutes.
