- 11 chocolate mint sandwich cookie, crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 5 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 2/3 cup vandermint liqueur
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vandermint liqueur
- chocolate-covered mint candies, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 chocolate cookie crust:.
- 2 in a small bowl stir together crushed cookies and melted butter or margarine until well-combined.
- 3 press crumb mixture evenly onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
