Scotch Shortbread

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour

Recipe

  • 1 cream together the butter and sugar.
  • 2 work the flour in with your hands.
  • 3 chill.
  • 4 roll the dough to 1/3- 1/2 inch thick.
  • 5 cut into desired shapes.
  • 6 place on ungreased baking sheet and bake in a 350f preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
